Self-Awareness: Cultivate understanding of how your body is changing, feels and responds during perimenopause. Recognising changes is the first step toward effective self-regulation.
Return to body: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your current lifestyle, health, and emotional state to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Responsibility: Take ownership of your health journey. Understand that your choices directly impact your well-being and experience during this transition.
2. Plan & Transform: Meeting Yourself Where You Are
Self Regulation: Identify pivotal moments in your day where you can make decisions that support your well-being.
Future You: Develop a realistic plan that considers your current capacity and allows for gradual, sustainable changes, avoiding overwhelm.
Adapt: Learn to adjust your approach based on your evolving needs and circumstances, embracing flexibility as you transform.
3. Execution and Mastery: Making Changes to Fit or Change Your Life
Goal Setting: Establish clear, actionable goals that align with your values and desired outcomes to guide your transformation.
Embody: Focus on leveraging your strengths to maintain motivation and resilience throughout the change process.
Capacity: Assess and manage your energy levels to ensure you can implement changes effectively without compromising your well-being.
Throughout the program, the science and strategies for applying changes to exercise, recovery, energy management, and sleep are carefully integrated. You are thoughtfully guided, knowing that change is challenging, and being in the messy middle is exhausting —especially when it’s happening TO you. We recalibrate to the recalibration itself. You remain you, you are just evolving in a deliberate, curated and conscious way.
